S.U.C.C.E.S.S. provides one-on-one enquiries (drop in/phone in) on immigration, housing, family, employment, social benefits, etc. Settlement Workers assist in form filling, referrals to community resources, new immigrant orientation sessions, public education workshops and welcoming parties.

Multilingual Info Line (604-687-6300) is a 24/7 hotline service with comprehensive settlement information in Cantonese, Mandarin, Punjabi and Korean. Multilingual Info Web provides online settlement information in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese and Korean at www.success.bc.ca/settlementinfo.

Public legal education is provided through LSLAP every other Monday 6pm to 8pm and legal clinics with Access Pro Bono every Thursday. S.U.C.C.E.S.S. provides individual and family counselling to all ages, addressing personal growth, relationships, parenting, and family violence. Clients can be self referred or referred by other agencies or ministries. Call 604-408-7266 to speak to an intake counsellor on weekdays. Fees range from $25 to $110 per hour based on a sliding scale. MCFD referrals are free.

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. also offers Cantonese and Mandarin speaking Family Violence Prevention program, which is a 17 session group program for men referred by Probation Officers. Psycho-Educational groups and workshops regarding well-being, parenting, stress, and social skills are delivered. With FSGV, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. jointly offers the Problem Gambling program counselling services. The Chinese Problem Hotline (604-696-1202) is also run in association with the program.

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. provides a free 6 week Nobody's Perfect program and a 9 week Parent Child Mother Goose program for parents with children from birth to 5 years of age in Cantonese and Mandarin. The Chinese Help Line, 10am to 10pm, provides information and emotional support in Cantonese (604-270-8233) and Mandarin (604-270-8222).
