Tenant Resource & Advisory Centre (TRAC)
The Tenant Resource & Advisory Centre is a non-profit, educational charity that provides free legal information about Residential Tenancy Law in BC.  They deliver this information through their website, multilingual publications, Tenant Infoline, and public legal education workshops.  They also work alongside government, media, and other interested parties to promote the legal protection of tenants and identify solutions to the problems of homelessness and unaffordable rental housing. The Residential Tenancy Branch provides British Columbians with legal information on the rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords under the Residential Tenancy Act.  On their website you can find multilingual publications and videos, government forms for various residential tenancy matters, and directions on how to apply for dispute resolution when faced with a problem tenant or landlord.
