Whalley Employment Resource Centre - OSCSS Program
The Whalley Employment Resource Centre, run through the OPTIONS Surrey Community Services Society, helps immigrants overcome employment barriers like lack of job search skills, culture shock, lack of English skills, and employers ignoring foreign education credentials and work experience. They refer immigrant EI clients to sponsored training programs, including those on career planning and self-employment.
