TRAC Tenant Resource & Advisory Centre

The Tenant Resource & Advisory Centre is a non-profit, educational charity that provides free legal information on Residential Tenancy Law in BC. They deliver this information through their website, multilingual publications, Tenant Infoline, and public legal education workshops.

They work alongside government, media, and other interested parties to promote the legal protection of tenants and to identify solutions to the problems of homelessness and unaffordable rental housing. In terms of resources, they offer a Tenant Survival Guide, Landlord Guide, Tenant Info Pamphlet in nine languages, and 5 Ways to Protect Yourself When Renting fact sheet and video in 19 languages.
