Dedicated to providing services, products and representation to help their members succeed as rental owners, ROMS BC serves and represents nearly 2,500 landlords and property managers who collectively manage more than 55,000 residential rental units throughout British Columbia.

Services for members include instant legal and operating advice, credit checks on tenancy applicants, educational seminars, provision of forms which meet government and business requirements, savings with reputable suppliers, and a residential rental insurance program.

Their membership ranges from people who rent a secondary suite in their home to large corporations and property management companies managing thousands of units. Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. They are also on call for advice on Saturday's from 10:00am - 2:00pm.
