211 is a three-digit telephone number that provides free, confidential, multilingual (110 languages) information and referrals to a full range of community, social, and government services. This service is available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. This telephone service is also linked to the following help lines: Victim LINK, Problem Gambling Help Line, Youth Against Violence Line, Alcohol and Drug Information and Referral Line, and Street and Shelter Help Line.
